I am writing this in my capacity as a semi-retired professional who was Managing Director of Alstom in India (7400 employees, US $ 1.5 billion operation in India; US $ 27 billion worldwide), Managing Director & Chairman of Roquette in India (US $ 300 m in India; US $ 3.5 billion worldwide) and senior executive of Parsons (US $ 2 billion) in the USA.
