Mr. Harishankar Mani brings with him a rich experience of 24 years of commercial litigation, arbitration and corporate advisory. Mr. Mani over the years has specialized in arbitration matters, intellectual property advisory and disputes; and a wide variety of commercial disputes ranging from property, contractual disputes, civil suits and writ Petitions before the Hon’ble Madras High Court and the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India apart from other Tribunals.

Biography

Mr Mani has over two decades advised several Multi National Companies on contractual, corporate law and industrial relations matters. He has also been advising reputed Business Houses relating to their Trade Mark, Patent, Intellectual Property cases before the High Courts & Intellectual Property Appellate Board. He has also to his credit an extremely rich experience of arbitration proceedings before eminent Former Judges of Supreme Court and High Courts.

Mr Mani has also advised clients in non-litigation issues involving trade agreements, MOUs, Technical and Financial Collaboration, Shareholders and Joint Venture Agreements, Business Finance Facilitation Agreements, Software Development Agreements, Consultancy Agreements, Franchise Agreements, Marketing Agreements, Hypothecation Deeds, Indemnity Deeds for about 2 decades and is a retainer for multi-national companies rendering them advice on all their legal issues.

He is an Arbitrator in the panel of Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange; a regular Speaker in Seminars conducted by ICAI, ICSI, University of Madras; has presented papers on Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for ICSI and ICAI Study Circles; addressed Seminars on Trade Mark and Intellectual Property Rights.
